Verksamhet & pedagogik
Våra pedagogiska fokusområden under 2023/2024:
Hållbar utveckling - vi arbetar med perspektiven ekologisk, ekonomisk och social hållbarhet i olika delar av utbildningen och undervisningen. Inom social hållbarhet har vi ett utvecklingsprojekt kopplat till hållbar språkutveckling där vi arbetar vidare och fördjupar sagoarbetet som startades upp under hösten.
Målet med projektet är att barnen ska få uppleva och möta sagor på olika sociala sätt. De ska få höra sagor av olika personer och på olika språk (nationella språk och sätt att använda språket beroende på ålder, kön, etnicitet, teknik mm).
De ska få prova att göra sagor med olika kreativa lärprocesser på olika platser. Barnen ska få med sig nya lekverktyg genom sagorna vi utforskar och de ska känna sig som en kulturmedborgare genom projektet. Barnen ska ges möjlighet att utveckla sitt språk, både genom ett ökat ordförråd och ordförståelse men även genom att utmanas i sin berättande förmåga.
Vi kan se både ett intresse för böcker och bygg- och konstruktion. Vi vill sammanföra dessa och låta barnen succesivt få bygga upp sina egna sagomiljöer på olika konstruktiva sätt. Något annat vi upplever i båda barngrupperna är behovet av rörelse. Vi vill främja denna rörelseglädje och kommer även fokusera på den i arbetet med sagorna.
Plan mot diskriminering och kränkande behandling (PDK) - Ingen på förskolan ska bli kränkt, trakasserad eller diskriminerad. Vi tar varandra på allvar och behandlar varandra lyhört och respektfullt. Pedagogerna arbetar med normkreativitet och skriftliga formuleringar för att beskriva vår värdegrund och dagliga förebyggande arbete mot sociala missförhållanden.
Our educational focus areas in 2023/2024:
Sustainable development - we work with the perspectives of ecological, economic and social sustainability in various parts of the education
and teaching. Within social sustainability, we have a development project linked to sustainable language development where we work further
and deepen the fairy tale work that was started in the autumn.
The goal of the project is for the children to experience and meet fairy tales in different social ways. They should hear fairy tales from different
people and in different languages (national languages and ways of using the language depending on age, gender, ethnicity, technology, etc.).
They will get to try making fairy tales with different creative learning processes in different places. The children will get new play tools through
the stories we explore and they will feel like a cultural citizen through the project. The children must be given the opportunity to develop their language
, both through an increased vocabulary and word understanding but also through being challenged in their storytelling ability.
We can see both an interest in books and building and construction. We want to bring these together and let the children successively build their own
fairy tale environments in various constructive ways. Something else we experience in both groups of children is the need for movement.
We want to promote this joy of movement and will also focus on it in the work with the fairy tales.
Plan against discrimination and violations (PDK) - No one at the preschool should be offended, harassed or discriminated.
We take each other seriously and treat each other sensitively and respectfully. The pedagogues work with standard creativity and
written formulations to describe our value base and daily preventive work against social disorders.
